**Executive summary**
- **What changes:** your **Shopify** store and your **WooCommerce** store now connect to Epinium. Your assistant (Claude, ChatGPT or the CMO AI) queries them live, in the same conversation as your Amazon account.
- **What you need to do:** connect your store from **Settings → Connections**. Each store takes one connection of your plan.
- **What else is new:** the **Epinium MCP now edits Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, tasks and portfolios**. TACoS and T-ROAS also arrive in every advertising table, along with catalog export to Excel.

Almost every brand that sells on Amazon also has its own store, and until now they were two separate conversations: what was happening on Amazon on one side and what was happening on your website on the other. From today your assistant sees both at once. Here is what connects, how, and what else changed this week.

## 1. Connect your Shopify store

The [Shopify connection](/en/platform/connections/shopify/) brings your store into the same conversation as Amazon. Claude, ChatGPT or Epinium's CMO AI query this store data live, over the [Epinium MCP](/en/platform/mcp/):

- **Orders** from the last 60 days.
- **Products**, collections and **inventory**.
- **Customers**.
- **ShopifyQL reports**.

In practice, you can ask it things like this:

> "Which products sold best on my Shopify store this month, and do I have stock of them on Amazon?"

**How it connects.** From **Settings → Connections**. The [step-by-step guide](https://help.epinium.com/en/integrations/shopify) walks you through it with screenshots.

All the details are on the [Shopify connection page](/en/platform/connections/shopify/#how-it-works).

## 2. Connect your WooCommerce store

With the [WooCommerce connection](/en/platform/connections/woocommerce/), your assistant also queries your WordPress store:

- **Products and variations**, with price, stock, SKU and GTIN.
- **Categories, tags, brands and attributes**.
- **Report totals** for sales and customers.

> "Which products on my website have no GTIN, and which ones are not on Amazon yet?"

**How it connects.** From **Settings → Connections**: you enter your store URL and approve the access from your own WordPress. The step-by-step is in the [help guide](https://help.epinium.com/en/integrations/woocommerce).

**Which plan you need (for both stores).** Connecting a store is **free to start**. Each store takes one connection of your plan, just like a Seller or Vendor account:

| Plan | Connections |
| --- | --- |
| Free | 1 in total |
| Guru | 6 |
| Business | 12 |

It is all on the [pricing page](/en/platform/pricing/).

YOUR STORE + AMAZON
**Connect your store and ask your assistant about both at once.** Find out what sells on your website and runs out on Amazon, or what you do not have there yet. [Connect my store →](https://app.epinium.com/settings/connections)
Free to start · each store takes one connection of your plan

## 3. The Epinium MCP edits more

A week ago the MCP started writing: workflows and Sponsored Products campaigns. As of this week, your assistant can also:

- **Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display:** change campaign status, budget and name, change target bids and status, and create targets and negatives.
- **Tasks:** create, approve and apply them. If you approve a campaign item in a task, **the change is applied on Amazon**. Approving and applying are two separate steps.
- **Portfolios:** create and edit Amazon Ads portfolios with their budget cap (monthly, by date range or no cap), and add or remove Sponsored Products campaigns.
- **Optimization settings** for each campaign: target ACOS or ROAS, bid ceilings, monthly budget and which workflows optimize it.

**Where the boundary is.** Creating new campaigns is still **Sponsored Products** only. Writing is part of the **Business** plan and depends on the permissions you grant when you create the key: without them, the assistant does not even see those tools. Every change stays in the change log for 90 days. More details on the [MCP page](/en/platform/mcp/).

## Other improvements

- **TACoS and T-ROAS in every advertising table:** campaigns, ad groups, targets and advertised products. That way you see how much advertising weighs against total sales, not just attributed sales.
- **Catalog export to Excel, your way:** pick columns and filters, or export the current view. The selling price now comes out in the file. How to do it, in the [help center](https://help.epinium.com/en/catalog/export).
- **More Amazon data in the MCP:**
  - On Seller, fees, net sales, margin before advertising and returns by product.
  - On Vendor, sell-in (confirmed, fill rate, lead time), inventory and returns.
- **When you change plan, you choose which connections to keep.**
- **The Sponsored Products campaign wizard** no longer loses the keywords you typed but did not add to the batch.

## Security and reliability

- Your store credentials are stored **encrypted**, and each connection belongs to your account only.
- MCP and API write permissions are checked **on every use**, not only when the key is created.
- The campaign optimizer is more reliable:
  - When it pulls back, it returns the bid it had raised.
  - It resolves volume targets correctly.
  - It leaves out days that are not attributed yet.

## What we recommend you do this week

1. **If you have a Shopify store:** connect it following the guide and ask your assistant what sells on your website that you do not have well covered on Amazon.
2. **If you have a WooCommerce store:** connect it from Settings → Connections and ask which products have no GTIN.
3. **If you are on Business:** turn on the MCP write permissions you are missing and try asking it to adjust the budget of a Sponsored Brands campaign.
