Stop renting the tools your business runs on.
We move one closed SaaS at a time onto open source you own, with your data migrated, your team trained and agents already working on top of it. Your infrastructure, your data, no lock-in.
What our clients say
Four artifacts, not a slide deck
The point of this accelerator is ownership. Everything below is yours the day we finish.
The replacement, deployed and running
The open source system that covers what you actually use — installed on your infrastructure, configured to your process, not to a generic demo.
Your data, migrated and reconciled
Historical records moved across and checked against the source, with a written report of what matched, what did not, and why.
The agents on top
The workflows you were paying the SaaS to run, rebuilt as agents with the same approval gates as the rest of your stack.
The exit you no longer need
Documentation, credentials and source in your repository — so the next migration, if there ever is one, does not need us either.
One system, thirty days
Inventory: what you pay for, what you actually use, and what the replacement genuinely covers. This is also where we tell you if a migration is not worth it.
Deployment and data migration into a parallel environment, with both systems running side by side.
Agents and workflows rebuilt, reconciliation report, and your team working in the new system while the old one is still live.
Cutover, training, and the subscription cancelled — in that order, never before.
Four things. If you have them, we start this week.
This is the whole list. We ask for it up front so nobody spends a meeting finding out the project cannot start.
- The current invoice and contract dates — the renewal date sets the schedule
- Export access to the system being replaced
- One person who knows how the tool is used day to day, not just who owns the licence
- Somewhere to deploy: your cloud, your VPS, or infrastructure we set up in your name
It pays for itself within 10 months, or we keep working for free.
Here the arithmetic is unusually simple: you already know what the licence costs. We agree on that number before we start, and if the migration has not paid for itself in ten months, we keep working on it at no extra cost until it does. And we never cancel a subscription before the replacement is running.
Questions we get before the first call
What if the open source option is worse?
Then we say so in week one and you keep paying the licence. Some tools are worth their price. The inventory exists to find that out before anyone commits.
Who maintains it once you leave?
You can, because you own the source and the documentation. If you would rather not, maintenance is the ongoing option — but it is a choice, not a dependency.
Do we lose our history?
No. Data migration and reconciliation are two of the four deliverables, and you get a written report of exactly what moved.
Can you do all our tools at once?
We would rather not. One system per cycle is what keeps the cutover safe and the result measurable.
Which subscription hurts the most?
A free diagnosis: bring one invoice and we will tell you whether it can be replaced, what it would take, and what it would save.
