A Shopify store built around how your brand actually sells.
We build or rebuild your store on Shopify: design on a solid theme, your catalogue migrated, connections to stock, ERP and marketplace feeds where you need them, the SEO basics done properly, and a handover so your team runs it. If you also sell on Amazon, the store and the marketplaces are treated as one operation. No AI required.

What our clients say
For brands and manufacturers that sell online
Launching an online store
You sell through distributors or in person and want a store of your own that does not need a developer to run.
Leaving a platform that no longer fits
WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento or a shop bolted onto WordPress that costs more to keep alive than to replace.
Selling through several channels
A store plus Amazon or other marketplaces, with the same products, prices and stock to keep in step.
Six pieces, one working store
Scope is closed and written down before we start. These are the pieces most projects are made of; yours may use all of them or only some.
Design on a solid theme
We start from a well-built theme and adapt it to your brand instead of reinventing a checkout that already works. Fast on mobile, easy for your team to edit.
Catalogue and data migration
Products, variants, images and product data brought in from WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento or WordPress, cleaned on the way and checked against the original. Customers and past orders too, when the scope includes them.
Connections to your systems
Stock, ERP and marketplace feeds, where you need them, so prices and availability are not copied by hand from one place to another.
SEO basics, done properly
URL structure and redirects from your old addresses, page titles and descriptions, structured data for products and the sitemap, to protect the search visibility you already have.
Payments, shipping and taxes
Payment providers, shipping zones and rates, and VAT set up for the countries you sell to, with accounts that belong to you.
Handover
Your team trained to manage products, content and orders. Documentation, and every access in your name.
Selling on Amazon too? Treat it as one operation.
A store and a marketplace listing are the same products under different rules. We set up the catalogue once, so the data that feeds your store can feed your marketplace feeds, and the stock you show is the stock you have. When the store is live, you can connect it to Epinium and work with it next to Amazon, in the same conversation.

Diagnosis
A short call about your catalogue, your channels and your current platform. We tell you whether Shopify is the right base, and sometimes it is not.
Written scope
What gets built, which connections, which languages and markets, what we need from you, and a closed timeline. Before any invoice.
Build and check
You review the store, not yet public, with your real catalogue. The migration is run and checked against the old shop before anything goes live.
Launch and handover
Redirects go live, the store goes public and your team is trained. Access and documentation in your name. It stays yours.
We build the store. We say when it should not be Shopify.
Not always Shopify
If you run a content site on WordPress with a few products and are happy with it, or you need deep control over how checkout and the back end behave, WooCommerce or another platform may fit better. We say so in the diagnosis.
Not an account-management agency
We build the store. We do not manage your ads or your marketplace accounts with a human team. That is Roicos, a sister agency in our group, and we will tell you on the first call if that is what you need.
Not a lock-in
The store sits in your Shopify account, under your name. Nothing you cannot take with you.

The questions that come before the first call
Shopify or WooCommerce?
Shopify when you want less to maintain: hosting, security updates and the checkout are Shopify’s job, not yours, and your team works in a single admin. WooCommerce makes sense if you already run a WordPress site you are happy with and want the shop inside it, or if you need deep control over how checkout and the back end behave. The trade-offs on the Shopify side: a monthly plan, some apps that add their own subscription, and a fixed URL structure. We tell you in the diagnosis which one fits, even when the answer is not Shopify.
Can we migrate without losing our SEO?
We protect what is in our hands. Before the move we map your current URLs, and every address that changes gets a permanent redirect to its new one. Page titles, descriptions, product structured data and the sitemap are carried over or rebuilt. What we cannot do is promise that rankings stay exactly where they are: Shopify fixes some URL patterns (products, collections, pages), so some addresses do change, and search engines take time to settle. We check the redirects before launch and again after.
Do you set up payments and shipping?
Yes. We configure the payment providers available in your country, shipping zones and rates, and VAT for the markets you sell in, following what your accountant and your carriers tell us. The accounts with the payment providers and carriers are yours, and you enter your own banking details yourself.
Who owns the store?
You. The store lives in your Shopify account, under your name, and so do your domain, your data and your payment accounts. While we build, we work with temporary access, and it is removed at handover.
Do you maintain the store afterwards?
Only if you want it, and it is agreed separately. The handover is meant to leave your team able to run products, content and orders without us. If you want help later, for updates, new connections or changes, we agree it as its own piece of work, and saying no does not affect your store.
We also sell B2B. Does Shopify work for that?
Shopify has native tools for wholesale price lists and company accounts, depending on your plan, and that covers many B2B setups. If you need more, such as customer-specific prices that come from your ERP, it becomes a connection to your ERP, and we tell you in the diagnosis whether Shopify is the right base for it.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
The scope decides both, so we do not publish a rate card or a standard timeline. The size of the catalogue, the number of languages and markets and the connections you need are what move them. You get the scope, the price and the timeline in writing before any invoice, and the diagnosis is free. The rest of what we build is in the Services hub.
