What our clients say

AI-managed campaigns return 21% more than manual ones
Measured inside the same accounts, over the same period, on the same catalogues. Every account in the sample runs both AI-managed and manually-managed campaigns — the only variable is who sets the bids.

Epinium internal reporting, February–July 2026: total ad spend and total attributed revenue summed across several hundred AI-managed campaigns, against the same totals for manually-managed campaigns, in accounts that run both. Individual accounts vary widely in both directions — your results depend on your catalogue, margins and category.
Every ads move — proposed, approved, auditable
Epinium's agents do the tedious work continuously, but they don't act alone. Every change is proposed against the targets you set and either approved by you or delegated to the autonomy mode you set, logged and reversible. Each ad platform's own AI optimises that platform: Amazon's Ads Agent optimises Amazon's revenue. Epinium works for your profit, with no conflict of interest.
From proposal to governed execution
Epinium reads your advertising history, learns your conversion patterns and works a governed loop: propose → approve or delegate → audit trail → revert, every hour of every day. Bids and campaigns execute on Amazon Ads; for the rest of your channels, your assistant works them with the CMO AI playbooks.
Bids proposed against your targets
- Bids against your targetsSet your ACOS or ROAS target and Epinium proposes the right bid for every keyword, every hour, based on real auction data. TACOS and contribution margin stay in view in the P&L to check the result.
- Placement bid multipliersOn Amazon, top-of-search and product-page adjustments are proposed from historical conversion rate: you review the expected impact before approving.
- Target-level bidsEvery keyword, product target and audience gets its own bid proposal from its own data — not one blanket rule per campaign.
Approve each change — or delegate it
- One-click approval queueEvery promotion, negative and bid change lands in a review queue with its rationale and projected impact: approve, edit or reject.
- Bounded autonomySet the limits once — bid ranges, budget caps, protected keywords. Agents operate inside your guardrails and flag anything outside them for approval.
- Full audit trailEvery action is logged with who, what, when and why — and reversible in one click if the numbers move the wrong way.
Budget that works harder — inside your rules
- Dayparting inside capsBids are proposed higher during high-conversion hours and lower during weak periods — always within the ranges you approved.
- Budget pacing with a ceilingBudgets are paced across the day so you never run out at noon — and never exceed the caps you set.
- Target-based reallocationSpend is proposed to shift toward the campaigns and keywords that perform best against your targets; you approve the reallocation.
Smart campaigns become workflows — by 22 October
- Four campaigns become oneAn old Smart Campaign is four Amazon campaigns working together: auto, categories, validation and performance. The migration keeps the best performer, pauses the other three — reversible whenever you want —, moves their targets over and concentrates the budget on the one that stays.
- Four autonomy modesMaintenance only adjusts bids. Growth also harvests the terms that already sell. Expansion — the default — proposes new keywords, blocks wasteful terms sooner and prunes exhausted parent keywords. And Custom, the moment you touch a parameter by hand.
- The deadline, and what you gain by moving firstUntil 22 October you choose which workflow runs each campaign, and you can simulate the migration before applying it. After that we migrate whatever is left: nothing for you to do, but we pick the workflow, and the day, for you.

ExploreFrequently asked questions
Is this blind automation?
No. Epinium's agents are supervised: every bid, keyword, negative and budget move is either approved by you or delegated to the autonomy mode you chose for that campaign — and either way it is logged in an audit trail and reversible in one click. Nothing runs until you switch it on.
Which ad channels does it automate?
Execution runs on Amazon Ads — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display — where Epinium has nine years of history and, on the Business plan, writes bids, campaigns and workflows with the scopes you grant; new campaigns are born paused. For Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Shop and the rest of your channels, your own AI assistant works them with the CMO AI playbooks, through its connectors or your exports. Selling on Amazon? See our Amazon PPC software.
Why not just use the ad platform's own AI?
Because each platform's AI optimises for that platform. Amazon's Ads Agent optimises Amazon's revenue; Epinium works for your profit, with no conflict of interest. We lead with TACOS, show the contribution margin your ads leave after fees and product cost, and put you in control of every change.
Can I set limits on what the agents can do?
Yes. You set bid ranges, budget caps and protected keywords once. Agents operate strictly within those guardrails — bounded autonomy — and flag anything outside them for your approval.
How quickly does it start working?
Epinium starts reading your Amazon Ads data the moment you connect. Bid and keyword proposals start arriving within the first 24 hours, as the agents learn your account's conversion patterns.
Is there a template that runs this for me daily?
Yes — the Smart Campaigns Optimizer, a workflow template that recalculates bids, harvests winning search terms, negates spenders and manages quarantine once a day. Four autonomy modes: Maintenance, Growth, Expansion (the default) and Custom. It sits in the template library next to Budget Pacing; campaign templates require the Business plan or above and are born paused. See Epinium MCP.
Do I have to migrate my smart campaigns?
Yes, to workflows, and the deadline is 22 October 2026. Creating new Smart Campaigns is no longer possible — that screen only migrates the ones you already have. Migrating yourself lets you choose which workflow will run each campaign and simulate the result first; after that date we migrate whatever is left and pick the workflow for you.
What does the migration change for my campaigns?
An old Smart Campaign is four Amazon campaigns — auto, categories, validation and performance. The migration keeps the best performer, pauses the other three, moves their targets into it and concentrates the budget there. Pausing, the budget and the workflow link are all reversible; the one thing that is not is conflicting negatives, which are archived so the migrated targets can serve, and Amazon does not allow reactivating an archived negative.
