The price you pay, and what it buys you

Yes — €0, no card. You need an Epinium account, and you connect your own Amazon, Shopify or WooCommerce account to it. Brain gives you one connection, the full 100-playbook catalog and 100.000 credits a month, which is 1.000 MCP calls; on Brain the MCP works in read mode, and writing over MCP comes with Business. It does not include the platform beyond settings.

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and no card is required. During the trial you have the plan in full, so nothing is charged. When the seven days end your account moves to Brain automatically, keeping the first connection you made — you can change which one it is from your settings at any time.

If a connection goes 30 days without a single call to our servers asking for its data, we disconnect it so it stops consuming resources on both sides. Your account and the playbook catalog stay exactly as they were, and you can reconnect from your settings whenever you come back.

A complete business question — read the playbook, pull the data, cross a couple of periods — is around ten calls. So roughly 100 full analyses a month, or about 33 calls a day. A single brand running one weekly report plus ad-hoc questions typically uses 100 to 200 calls a month.

On a paid plan you can buy more credits at any time, or move up a plan. On Brain there are no top-ups: the MCP pauses until your next monthly cycle, or you upgrade to Guru, which carries ten times the allowance. We tell you which of the two applies to you in the message itself.

No. There is no rate limit on any plan. The monthly credit allowance is the only usage limit, which is why you can burst as hard as your assistant wants within it.

The published price is the entry point for each plan. What moves it is the number of channel connections and users beyond what the plan includes, plus the percentage of AI-managed ad spend on Business and Master.

It applies on Business and Master, on a 5% to 2% scale that comes down as volume grows. It is only charged on the investment the agent actually manages — not on your total ad spend — so it measures delegation rather than acting as a toll.

Guru runs the workflow library and can write to catalog and prices, but it does not get the editor and the ads template family is locked. Those two go together: with an editor you could rewrite a catalog template into an ads one and walk around the lock. Building workflows — and running ads — is what Business buys.

Yes, up or down, at any time. Moving up applies immediately with the new allowance prorated; moving down applies at your next renewal so you keep what you already paid for.

Any MCP-compatible host over remote HTTP: Claude Desktop, claude.ai, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor and custom agents. Authentication is OAuth 2.0 or a scoped API key. Interactive result tables render in Claude Desktop and claude.ai.

Amazon is integrated in depth — Seller Central, Vendor Central and Advertising, across your connected marketplaces — with dashboards, alerts and workflows. Shopify and WooCommerce are native connections: your assistant works with your store data live through the Epinium MCP — orders, products, inventory, customers and ShopifyQL reports on Shopify; products and variations, categories, tags, brands, attributes and sales and customer report totals on WooCommerce. Each store takes one connection slot. Connections are counted, not tiered by channel: you decide which ones to use with the slots your plan includes. On Google Ads, Meta Ads and your other channels, the playbooks work through your own assistant’s connectors or the exports you bring.
