A chat on your store that answers from your own catalogue.
Customers ask the same questions all day: does it fit, where is my order, how do I return this. The assistant answers from your catalogue and your policies, in every language you sell in, and hands the conversation to a person when it should not answer. For Shopify and WooCommerce stores.

What our clients say
Six things a shopper asks, and what the assistant does with them
It works from your own data, so every answer can be traced back to your catalogue, your orders or your written policies.
Product questions
Sizes, materials, compatibility, availability: answered from your catalogue, not from guesses.
Order status
It looks up where an order is and what happens next, so “where is my order?” stops landing on your team.
Returns questions
It explains your returns policy and where the customer stands in it. Refunds and exceptions stay with your team.
The right extra product
It suggests the accessory or refill that actually goes with what the customer is looking at.
Every language you sell in
The same answers in each language your store sells in, from one catalogue. Each language is tested before launch.
Handoff to a person
When it should not answer, it passes the conversation to your team with the whole chat attached.
Do you also sell on Amazon? It can read that data too, so a customer asking about a product gets the same answer wherever you sell it.
A conversation, in three turns
Invented for this page, not a real store. It shows the three behaviours that matter: answer from the data, look up an order, and know when to hand over.
Is this one machine washable?
Yes. According to the product sheet, the cover is machine washable at 30 °C.
Answered from the catalogueWhere is my order?
It has shipped and is with the carrier. Here is your tracking link.
Looked up in the orderI want a refund for something I bought months ago.
That is not something I can decide. I am passing you to our team, with this conversation attached.
Handed to a personWhy not just install a chatbot app?
You can. The chat widget itself is cheap or free from many tools, such as Shopify Inbox, Gorgias or Tidio. If your questions are simple, one of them may be all you need, and we will tell you so in the first call.
What we sell is the part around the widget:
Connected properly
To your catalogue, your orders and your written policies, so it answers from facts and not from generic knowledge about “a store like yours”.
Across your channels
The same source behind the store, several languages and, if you sell on Amazon, that data in view too.
Measured
Tested on real questions before launch, then tracked by the share of conversations resolved without a person.
Weeks, not quarters, and nothing goes live untested
Connect catalogue and policies
We connect your catalogue, your orders and your written policies (shipping, returns, warranty) first. Read-only: the assistant can read all of it and change none of it.
Test on real questions
We take the questions your customers actually ask, from your support history, and run them through the assistant. We fix what it gets wrong before any customer sees it.
Go live with a handoff
It goes live on your store with a clear rule for when it passes the conversation to a person, and the chat attached when it does.
Measure and adjust
We track the share of conversations resolved without a person and review the ones that were not. That list tells us what to fix next.
It answers. It does not replace your team.
No ROI promise
We do not promise savings or a sales uplift, because they depend on your questions and your store. We promise to measure what it resolves and show you the number.
It does not replace your team
It takes the repetitive questions. People keep refunds, exceptions and anything sensitive, and the assistant hands those over.
It does not guess
When the answer is not in your catalogue or your policies, it says so and passes the conversation on instead of inventing one.

The questions that come before the first call
Which stores does it work with?
Shopify and WooCommerce stores. If your store is on another platform, we tell you in the diagnosis whether we can connect it. If you sell on Amazon too, the assistant can read that data as well. No store yet? See Shopify stores.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
Weeks, not quarters. The exact timeline and the price depend on the size of your catalogue, the number of languages and what you want it to look up, so we do not publish a rate card. You get both in writing before any invoice, and the diagnosis is free.
What happens when it does not know the answer?
It says so and hands the conversation to a person, with the whole chat attached, so the customer does not have to repeat anything. We test this before launch with real questions, including ones it should not answer.
Does it really work in all our languages?
In every language your store sells in. We test each one on real questions before it goes live, instead of assuming that a language that works in a demo also works on your catalogue.
Can it issue refunds or change orders?
No. It reads your data and answers. It explains your returns policy and checks the status of an order, but refunds, cancellations and exceptions stay with your team.
How do you know it is working?
By the share of conversations it resolves without a person. We also review the conversations it did not resolve, because that is where the next fix is. We do not promise a number in advance.
What happens to my customers’ data?
It stays where it is. We deploy on your infrastructure, we do not proxy your data through us, and what we build runs with EU hosting and a log of what it did. Source code and access are in your name.
Tell us what your customers keep asking
A free diagnosis: one call. Bring the questions your team answers most, and we tell you which ones an assistant can take, which it should hand to a person, and whether you need us at all. Sometimes the answer is no.
